REGISTRATION
Advance registration and payment is required by 15 June 2026.
It is only possible to register online. Payments should be made by credit card through the secured website.

EARLY BIRD TICKET (deadline 14 February): € 850,00
PhD STUDENT TICKET (proof student card): € 950,00
STANDARD TICKET: € 1 350,00
CORPORATE TICKET: € 3 000,00
No tax will be charged in addition to the above registration fees.

Since the number of participants is limited, late registrants are advised to contact us before payment, to inquire about availability of places. Access to course material will become available upon receipt of full payment.
Every ticket includes full access to the course. Throughout the course, you get refreshments during coffee breaks, as well as lunch. The ticket also includes participation in the joint course dinner on Tuesday evening.
Upon successful registration, all registered participants will receive a confirmation of registration.
INSURANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY
The organiser does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances require the organizers to cancel the course, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees. Please note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for reimbursing travel or accommodation costs.
Participant cancellations must be submitted in writing. A full refund minus 15% for administrative fee will be granted for written cancellations received up to three months before the start of the course, and a 50% refund for those received up to one month before the course. No refunds will be issued for written cancellation requests received less than one month before the course begins.
Tickets may be transferred at any time to another attendee from the same company or organisation.
